SS&C Eze (Eze) is seeking a General Engagement Consultant to join the Client Service team. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record managing software implementation projects, preferably in financial technology or a related industry. Successful candidates will be highly driven, have an excellent intuition around project team dynamic, and the highest standards around client experience. A localized PM team is a new addition to the region, so there is an entrepreneurial element to this role as we continue to establish norms and evolve process.
Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Manage multiple concurrent client facing design/build/test projects, with teams of 3-20+ technical staff
Contribute to, and often lead process development, leveraging the retrospective process as a vehicle
Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and systems
Effectively communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
Serve as a knowledge hub: present to the team regularly, knowledge share one-on-one, and illustrate key SME focus
Point of escalation for project-related queries or difficult conversations, and provide consistent peer support and guidance for other team members
Extremely organized, with an ability to track dozens of workstreams simultaneously
Ability to communicate to broad audiences around project, business, and technical topics to varying depth
Able to develop strong, productive relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
Strong attention to detail, with a keen sense around risk in any form
Unafraid to act quickly and decisively, when called for
Thirst for knowledge and desire to learn
Ability to work in a dynamic, and at times extremely fast-paced environment
Emphasis on quality, professionalism, and excellence
Able to see the wider picture and contribute to a continually evolving business
Qualifications and Experience
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager on software implementations
Optional: Professional exposure to FinTech, Investment Finance, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers
