Client Services Rep 2Job Purpose
This role is responsible for overseeing their designated area they are assigned to and working alongside Client Services Rep 1 and under the guidance of a Client Services Senior. This are responsible for managing and addressing the needs of designated clients in a timely and efficient manner, while delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and success. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential to accomplish these goals.
Major Responsibilities
- Supports the Client Services Senior.
- High level of customer service and care.
- Assist Location Manager and Client Services Senior with managing day-to-day operations at a location-based level, as needed.
- Can act as a main point of contact for a client regarding routes, student information, school schedules, any items pertaining to data entry, routing or scheduling.
- Effectively communicate via telephone, email, text message, and chat applications with a school district, transportation partners and team members.
- Support the Client Services Senior in communications to other departments and support other departments throughout the day using internal communication applications.
- Maintain availability to respond to calls and emails during your scheduled work hours.
- Training new team members and current team members, as needed.
- Expediating concerns and issues to the Client Services Senior, Assistant Manager, or Managers.
- Review billing and payments weekly, monthly, and as needed in any form such as email, phone call, or other platforms used.
- Review of diverse reports, including but not limited to operational, financial and performance data.
- Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the descriptions above and can be modified or changed at the discretion of Management.
