Position Summary:
Serves as the primary IT liaison providing functional support for the business including the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.  Works closely with stakeholders to accurately define and address both production support and project work in a multi-org environment while working to understand their needs, processes and rationale to recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.  This is a key role that works as a face of IT to the customer and the face of the customer to the Development teams and IT management.

Position Responsibilities:
Work independently with business team members across multiple facilities and business functions, Oracle Support and Technical development teams on assigned tasks and projects
Elicit, analyze, document, validate and communicate requirements for changes to business processes and information systems
Provide estimates on the impact and level of effort for requested changes
Develop functional specifications of system enhancements and bug fixes for implementation by the Technical Team
Query and analyze data in order to present information that can inform decision making processes and deliver optimal results
Review, analyze and propose changes to system configurations necessary to optimize business results
Create and maintain documentation necessary for implementations, production support and end-user training
Lead deployment, user acceptance testing, training sessions and go-live activities necessary to ensure successful implementations
Provide system and business support to the users and document resolutions in the Help Desk system
Proactively communicates project opportunities and risks to upper management
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Ability to influence business partners into making use of Oracle R12 out-of-the box capabilities and following industry standard business processes
Demonstrable knowledge/skills including designing business process flows and implementing best practices
Exposure to Full Lifecycle Implementation of Oracle Applications
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Visio

Position Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
8+ years' experience in using Oracle EBS in a manufacturing environment
Experience with ASCP and Demantra preferred 
Previous involvement in a major new implementation rollout
