This position is responsible for supervising support staff; providing support functions for the Geographic Business Unit (GBU); organizing and managing a computer network in the GBU marketing area; and managing the information filing system.
*4 years sales/marketing support experience involving independent decision making OR 4 years experience in group health proposal preparation and researching/resolving customer issues.
*Ability to supervise staff.
*PC proficiency and experience to include word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, and database systems.
*Written and verbal communications skills to interact with staff and management across divisions, assist customers or brokers, and manage and motivate staff.
