Job Summary

The Contract Analyst, Purchased Services is responsible for supporting the Purchased Services Aggregated Sourcing Events (ASEs) team (AVP, Contract Director, Contract Manager and Contract Analyst). The Analyst will complete assessments and analyses of GPO member spend, contracts, and utilization in order to complete successful sourcing events resulting in contract utilization that provides members with high quality services and cost savings.


As the Contract Analyst, Purchased Services, your role will be to:

  • Complete member assessment processes by gathering data from clients.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of member spend to identify potential saving opportunities.
  • Retrieve, review, process, and analyze spend, contracts and utilization provided for various purchased services as assigned.
  • Track spend and savings for each assigned member
  • Organize, prepare, analyze and update databases for all assigned client survey data including spend, vendor utilization, survey, contract terms and invoices by utilizing member portal.
  • Analyze information from completed RFP's to present feedback and analysis in a concise, accurate and timely manner to assigned purchased services team member.
  • Collaborate with Contract Director and Contract Managers to complete analysis per their specific needs.


To be considered for the Contract Analyst, Purchased Services position, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited University
  • 1+ Years' experience in analyzing data (Healthcare Contracting/Analysis preferred)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organization skills, financial analysis with a high level attention to detail.
