Description


The CONSTRUCTION & Warehouse Crew Member creates construction sets for project sheets, social media, product, packaging, branding, corporate collateral and various marketing platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates set design and general construction
  • Gathers material needs and cost information to create quotes
  • Manages construction projects through lifecycle
  • Pitches creative concepts to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators
  • Performs work-related errands as needed
  • Assists in upkeep of department vehicles to ensure proper working order
  • Assists in crafting as needed
  • Performs regular maintenance, cleaning and organization within the warehouse
  • Follows all warehouse procedures
  • Pulls and returns merchandise, props and craft supplies as needed
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work station
  • Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
  • Adapts to additional duties and tasks
  • Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude


Requirements

  • Problem solve and provide solutions on how best to design sets

  • Ability to work in variety of indoor, outdoor and warehouse conditions
  • Ability to repetitively lift up to 20 pounds while bending, stooping and climbing up and down ladders or stairs
  • Ability to repetitively push and pull
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for long periods of time
  • Able to occasionally be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and/or potentially hazardous materials
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a secured, elevated environment up to 30 feet in height for prolonged periods of time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City (Accommodation for location flexibility, such as telecommuting, is not available.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior construction experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
