This role will oversee the IMC process. The IMC process is a 360 approach that involves the strategy & execution of consumer facing messaging via paid/earned/owned. This position will build a calendar with the agencies of record for all consumer facing moments which will consist of advertising campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and sales. This individual will have a strong connection with the Inspire Connections Planning team, Jimmy John's communication/PR group, and the creative agency of record in developing channel plans and content to support consumer facing campaigns. In addition, they will ensure there is a deep connection between all agencies on an ongoing basis. They will be responsible for strategy and execution of all Jimmy John's consumer facing campaigns and support creative needs at key checkpoints to ensure 360 alignment. This position will lead the IMC team and directly oversee the Brand Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and a Production Manager (to be hired). This individual will also work closely with other content creators within the JJ brand as well as the brand management function. This person will be a key member of the Brand Marketing leadership team and report to the VP of Brand Marketing & Activation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 year Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- MBA Preferred.
- 6-8+ years proven marketing experience.
- Experience leading a team.
