Administrative Assistant

  • Location: Roswell, GA (On-site)
  • Type: Temp to hire, full time, Monday – Friday   
  • Reports To: President
  • Pay: $23.00 an hour w-2 with benefit options

Kelly Science and Clinical is hiring an Administrative Assistance for one of our clients who is a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization focused on advancing breakthrough medical technologies. Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Roswell, GA office. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization by providing direct administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and the team
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Arrange travel, lodging, and expense reports using GSA rate guidelines
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, regulatory documents, and internal communications
  • Support onboarding and scheduling for new hires, contractors, and vendors
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination for internal meetings, investor visits, and offsite events
  • Interface with facilities vendors and ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained
  • Track project timelines and deadlines; support basic project coordination tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support basic bookkeeping and A/P
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • 1-2 years of exp accepted to align within rate
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
  • Professional, courteous, and adaptable under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a startup, research, or healthcare/medical device setting
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and GSA per diem standards
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello)
  • Experience supporting scientific or engineering teams is a plus
