What's a typical day as a Commercial Real Estate Administrator? You'll be:
• Maintaining rental obligation financial information in Tango and ensuring data accuracy while reporting to the Senior Real Estate Manager.
• Assisting with the transition of U.S. utilities lease data and payments into Oracle Cloud and monitoring lease expiries and key dates.
• Processing rent payments and ad hoc invoices accurately and on schedule, while managing subtenant rental notices and billing.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate administration or a related field, with proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12, SAP) as a must-have.
• Possess strong understanding of lease accounting principles and real estate financial processes, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Are able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with familiarity in real estate legal documents and intermediate to advanced Excel skills being preferred.
