Responsibilities / Duties:
Uploads mass employee data changes via data load tool
Works effectively and independently on assigned projects
Works effectively and cooperatively with HR Team, Managers across the organization, project administrators, functional, and technical team members and users
Provide adhoc reports from both SAP and ADP as necessary
Provide routine reports (weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.)
Work with business units to proactively create SAP positions to prepare for hiring spikes
Required Skills, Education & Experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (including Microsoft Excel)
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a shared services environment
Ability to maintain confidentially is mandatory
Ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Fundamentals of system analysis, functional configuration, and testing
At least 3 years HRIS Experience using SAP (Knowledge of ADP a plus, since this is our payroll system)
Knowledge of fundamental HR laws, policy and best practices , is highly preferred for this role, due to the data and reports they will be handling
HRIS experience at least 3 years
We would prefer a Bachelor's degree nice plus
SAP experience at least 2 years (SAP is required)
Analytical must be able to pull reports, strong in Excel and accuracy in details (would like to know examples of analytical work)
