Description

Kelly® is seeking an experienced I&C Specialist to support a top client's LNG operations in Sabine Pass, Texas.
This is an expert-level position with a strong focus on measurement systems.

Location: Sabine Pass, TX (Local Candidates Only)
Schedule: 5/40 (Potential for OT)
Duration: Strong potential to extend through EOY and beyond
Payrate: Up to $90 per hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for instrumentation and control (I&C) systems with an emphasis on measurement across LNG operations.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, root cause analyses, and reliability improvements.
  • Mentor and provide technical authority to engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment history, repairs, and inspections.
  • Support contract interface and management.
  • Coordinate execution of maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
  • Support procurement and inventory management of maintenance supplies.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver guidance and training for maintenance personnel on industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant technical discipline, OR equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in I&C, measurements, and controls.
  • Likely prior experience as an I&C Technician.
  • Extensive experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation and control systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of control systems architecture and field instrumentation.
  • Strong contract interface and management skills.

  • This is not an I&C Technician role, but candidates who have previously held such roles and advanced in their career are ideal.
