Description

Kelly® is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a top client in Spring, TX! If you have strong administrative and interpersonal skills and enjoy supporting recruitment efforts, this long-term opportunity may be for you.

Location: Spring, TX
Pay: $34/hour
Job Type: Long-term Contract Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Business Line Recruiting Coordinators, Campus Recruiting Teams, and Ambassador Teams
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with universities for campus recruiting events and attraction/sourcing initiatives
  • Assist all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks and event logistics
  • Partner with Recruiting Associates for transactional activities such as candidate reimbursements and invoice processing
  • Intakes and monitors scheduling requests through a ticketing system; assign requests across the coordination team
  • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling (phone, virtual, onsite), including communicating with candidates, interviewers, and executive assistants
  • Send scheduling confirmations and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Serve as the point of contact for any day-of interview issues, troubleshooting conflicts, and resolving problems promptly
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates when necessary and provide campus access instructions
  • Schedule post-onsite debrief meetings within 48 hours of final interviews; ensure relevant details are updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails, keeping both candidates and clients informed regarding next steps and timelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and proactively communicate and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior recruiting coordination or HR administrative experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision and manage high volumes effectively
