- Proactively identifying and sourcing talent pools aligned to business priorities and reporting key recruiting metrics.
- Updating and managing job requisitions and candidate data within Taleo ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing and approving offer packages, researching market competitiveness and equity.
- Communicating industry overviews, market trends, data, and analytics to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensuring compliance with state/federal employment laws and policies on applicant tracking and reporting.
- Establishing true business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership for all staffing activities.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (required).
- Bring 3-5+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment (7+ years preferred).
- Demonstrate full-cycle recruiting expertise and proactive sourcing skills.
- Have strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and agility.
- Must have stakeholder management and previous experience working with White glove service and C-suite level.
- Possess a robust business presence, instilling confidence in clients and delivering results.
- Have finance recruiting experience or healthcare/pharmaceutical industry recruitment (strongly preferred).
- Are experienced in managing requisitions within Taleo ATS (preferred).
