Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information across our supply chain, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and meet customer demands.
Job Responsibilities- Support department staff with analyses across the area of expertise, including supplier proposals, target costs, BOMs, forecasts, and potential risks.
- Review, classify, and analyze supplier data; obtain pricing and schedules; upload quotes; and recommend sources of supply.
- Lead quote-strategy discussions, track status and actions, ensure policy compliance, and address emerging issues in program meetings.
- Participate in government proposal audits, provide cost rationale, and support customer negotiations and reviews with validated bids, documentation, and presentation materials.
- Maintain strong internal relationships while upholding company mission and values.
- Transform raw DataMart information into actionable insights using Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in high technology, aerospace or defense or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management tools and procedures
- Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program and/or commodity progress, productivity and variance analysis
- Experience in finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR, DFAR regulations
- Strong customer interface skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
