Job Responsibilities
  • Perform professional program administration work of an introductory nature in preparation for career advancement
  • Perform entry-level professional program administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software including Microsoft project to maintain program artifacts and other electronic information
  • Prepare routine reports with program management guidance
  • Manage, organize, and update relevant program management data using database applications
  • Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate successfully orally and in writing
  • Ability to efficiently utilize standard office software and computer equipment
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

U.S. Citizenship or Dual Citizenship required.
