Leonardo DRS Land Systems Logistics team is seeking a full time Project Manager level I for our Bridgeton, MO facility.  As a Project Manager level I at Leonardo DRS Land Systems, you will be an individual contributor responsible for leading all of the Defense Logistics and Field service teams needs related to CONUS (Contiguous United States) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) travel assignments, supporting the team members from the point of planning during pre-deployment, while they are deployed, through their return home.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as an interface between the Defense Logistics and Field service (Management and individuals) and others, including Program Management, Trade Compliance, Project Engineering, Contracts, Finance and Human Resources, our suppliers, vendors, and our DOD (Department of Defense) customers.

Responsibilities require input and support from multiple internal and external functions and organizations including our customers and suppliers and will require an individual to act independently on multiple programs at different phases of their life cycle concurrently.

• Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within multiple complex programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Support the immigration, work permit, and visa process
• Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to ensure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met
• Manage operations to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality standards
• Lead all meetings and the integrated product team (kick-off through project close)
• Organize project and task workloads
• Contribute to our customer relationships
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
• Additional duties as assigned
   

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of functional or program management experience
• Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
• Must have an intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams 
• Experience with successful relationship building
• Eperience proactively managing schedule requirements  
• Experience with DOD, CRC (CONUS Replacement Center) requirements, OCONUS Immigration/work permit requirements a plus

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

The salary range for this position is $93,121.00/year- $125,713.00/year for the state of Illinois.  This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
