<p></p><p></p>Works in coordination with Sr. Proposal Manager/Proposal Manager and leadership team to provide end-to-end writing support for assigned proposal section(s) or volume(s) in response to complex Federal solicitations to ensure delivery of a well-written, compelling, and compliant response.<ul><li>Collaborates with Bids & Proposals team, Business Development, Capture, and Operations staff, reviews Federal <span>solicitations to</span> determine requirements to develop compliant, customized proposals.</li><li>Coordinates with Sr. Proposal Manager/Proposal Manager and leadership team to develop a compliant outline for assigned proposal sections/volumes. May review outlines for other sections/volumes of assigned proposal to help <span>ensure </span>compliance. May also review outlines for proposals on which s/he is not serving as a primary writer.</li><li>Provides end-to-end writing support for assigned proposal sections/volumes in response to Federal solicitations to <span>ensure </span>delivery of a well-written, compelling, and compliant response.</li><li>Participates in win theme strategy development and refinement. Ensures incorporation of strategic themes as well <span>as </span>compliance with corporate writing standards and Federal solicitation requirements.</li><li>Develops ideas and/or mock-ups of explanatory tables and graphics. May review and provide feedback on ideas <span>and </span>mock-ups developed by others.</li><li>Interviews identified subject-matter experts to obtain accurate information for inclusion in proposals based <span>on </span>requirements.</li><li>Conducts technical edits of assigned proposal sections/volumes to ensure compliance and/or “one voice.” Where applicable, may coordinate with Sr. Proposal Manager/Proposal Manager to provide guidance to assigned technical <span>editor.</span></li><li>Participates in color review process as a reviewer. May review sections written by other writers, ensuring all sections/volumes of proposal are consistent, compliant, and <span>meet </span>all internal and external deadlines.</li><li>Coordinates with Sr. Proposal Manager/Proposal Manager to ensure assigned proposal sections/volumes are archived <span>in </span>content management system.
