Sr. Procurement Analyst

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain required
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply chain or Procurement preferred
  • Working knowledge of contract management/acquisition software
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of contracts and terminology
  • Experience with vendor relationships and negotiation strategies, techniques and dispute mediation
  • Strong proficiency in the use of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet, and other web-based applications
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to effectively handle and resolve inquires and issues
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects while meeting expected deadlines
  • Advanced writing skills
  • Demonstrated effective presentation, written and verbal communication at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work in a changing and dynamic work environment 
  • Be a team player. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with team members as well as with cross-functional team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision, be proactive in problem prevention, creative-thinker with an aim to resolve issues and able to balance competing demands on one's time

About the role:



Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 a year.

Location: Primary location: Will consider remote, onsite preferred at 9201 E. Mountain View Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

The Sr. Procurement Analyst will support the Procurement team with facts, data, and insights to allow superior decision-making. This role will be coordinating and supporting a wide range of projects and activities including managing vendor partnerships, performing due diligence for projects, managing shipping processes and multiple ad hoc requests. The individual in this role will work closely with the Director of Procurement on various projects to help achieve financial targets. This role will also work closely with the Finance department as needed and other cross-functional teams to support the overall sourcing strategy for the business.



  • The position acts a lead in handling variety of projects that require subject matter expertise and discretion.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations for products and services securing favorable pricing, terms and delivery options
  • Monitor supplier performance and create vendor score cards
  • Assist in managing RFPs
  • Conduct market and product research and cost analysis
  • Manage contracts and renewals using Contract Management System,
  • Analyze cost and provide reporting to support business needs
  • Manage Purchase Orders in NetSuite
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships within existing and potential vendor creating a climate of service and innovation to continuously improve value.
  • Prioritize and oversee multiple projects through completion within defined timelines
  • Evaluate existing processes in pursuit of opportunities for cost reduction, value improvement and application of lean processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop specifications, scope of work and ensure awareness and support of Procurement strategies.
