Under general supervision of his/her administrative report is responsible for the efficient, effective running of the patient care unit(s). This includes, but is not limited to management of the budget, provision of patient care services, performance improvement, compliance with regulatory standards, and business development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree preferred
- Texas RN license required, or compact license
- BLS, ACLS required
- 2-4 years of nursing leadership experience required
