Job Summary:

In the engagement manager role, you will work closely with Executive Leadership in identifying, understanding, and meeting their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved client retention and satisfaction while growing new business opportunities with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, etc. to ensure successful project delivery and increase of sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to generate new business.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Prepare required reports and audits current procedures and practices, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
  • Work with field to create proper outcomes, experiences, services, and supports for the individuals we serve.
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, project management, and consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail and goal oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills, with the ability to create and maintain project plans, proposal and reports.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
