As recognized specialists in the K-12 and higher education construction field, we have secured multiple contracts across eastern Massachusetts with timelines extending into 2023. As an Owner's Representative, you'll be responsible to oversee and manage assigned projects from design through procurement, construction, and delivery. Working with a seasoned project management team you'll have great hands-on mentorship available to you as you develop what we hope will be a long-term career with PMA Consultants.
In this role you will develop, schedule, and manage materials, people, and time resources, including monitoring costs, quality, and contractor performance. You will ensure timely and collaborative communication with client (owner), architect, and contractors, including formal reporting. You will represent owner's interests at meetings and publicly present project updates.
Experience and knowledge typically acquired by a bachelor's degree in an engineering or construction management or related discipline and 2 years of related work experience in the construction industry required.
An EIT license preferred.
Public project experience or similar preferred.
OSHA 10 required on site.
