Position Summary

PMA is seeking an Office 365 Document Migration Specialist to support our IT Department. In this role, you will support the migration of documents from in-house file shares and other storage locations to the cloud-based Office 365 to support our regionally diverse and growing company. Working closely with IT and Operations Department heads and project managers, you will provide input on establishing company-wide directory structure standards. You will also clean up existing content prior to migration, create Teams/SharePoint folders, and migrate content, adhering to directory structure and substructure guidelines.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.

  • Proficiency in Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business - Office 365 Groups required.

  • Basic knowledge of migration tools, such as ShareGate, SkySync and AvePoint required.

  • Good written and verbal communication required.

  • Good organizational skills required.

  • Detail-oriented approach required.
