The PMA San Francisco office is a vibrant, dynamic, and rapidly growing team dedicated to providing exceptional service in owner's project management, project controls, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance across a variety of industries. As a key member of the PMA team embedded with a public agency in their headquarters near San Francisco City Hall, you will perform scheduling duties for multiple signature projects with a total scope of billions of dollars to upgrade quality of life and transform the streetscapes of the city. Working with various stakeholders, you will develop and maintain project and program cost-loaded schedules for thousands of tasks. Applying earned value management techniques, you will provide monthly updates to project leadership and the client. Responsibilities require travel one day per week to Moccasin, CA (gateway to Yosemite) to work with staff in that location.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of related project controls experience required.
- Construction experience required.
- Demonstrated mastery of Oracle Primavera P6 including resource loading required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, required.
- Utility experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with earned value management techniques preferred.
