Senior Solutions Engineer

Why We Have This Role

As a Senior Solution Engineer at Qualtrics, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving the sales cycle by providing technical leadership and thought partnership that helps clients transform their Experience Management programs. You will work closely with sales teams and customers, translating business objectives into compelling, actionable solutions that showcase the value of our platform. Your expertise and trusted advisor approach will be central to advancing customer transformation and expanding Qualtrics' impact in the region.

  • Ability to influence enterprise sales pursuits across Singapore with strong technical knowledge

  • Proactive and autonomous in managing priorities and engaging with customers to shorten sales cycles
  • Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Expertise in Qualtrics products and ability to differentiate from competitors
  • Skilled at managing complex technical discussions and issue resolution

Things You'll Do

  • Deliver expert technical pre-sales support including product demos, pilot implementations, and ongoing consultation to accelerate sales success
  • Translate Qualtrics' technical capabilities into clear business value for strategic accounts and drive adoption across departments
  • Create and maintain technical resources and deliver enablement to boost the effectiveness of enterprise account executives
  • Build deep knowledge of competitive products and develop strategies to position Qualtrics effectively in the market
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape current and future product offerings based on customer feedback
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, managing product-related issues and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • 6+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Pre-Sales in a SaaS/cloud software environment, engaging C-level or VP buyers
  • Experience collaborating with product teams, marketing, partners, and services to support sales efforts
  • Solid understanding of SaaS technical concepts including APIs, security, protocols, and integrations
  • Ability to architect solutions that address both technical and business challenges with a strategic mindset
  • Proven skills in territory and pipeline management, working closely with sales to close deals efficiently
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs
  • Bachelor's degree and full professional proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel across South Korea and Southeast Asia as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales or Solution Engineering roles
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL a plus
  • Background in survey, data collection, or market research software support
