Reporting to the Manager of Scientific Talent, the Associate partners with recruiters, departments, and hiring managers to provide a world-class Talent Acquisition experience and create a memorable candidate experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: assisting with full-cycle recruitment efforts, evaluating and screening resumes and cover letters, conducting interviews, facilitating the "matching" process for candidates and hiring managers, coordinating on-site interviews, and managing our ATS. Supports campus recruiting efforts including hosting info sessions, conducting interview days, and developing relationships with university career offices. Manages and schedules interviews throughout the recruitment process while coordinating travel and accommodations for possible candidates, as needed. Serves as a liaison between HR and various departments, creating employee engagement, and cultivating the unique Rockefeller culture. Posts job descriptions in the Applicant Tracking System, career websites, job boards, and university websites. Performs additional duties, and special projects as required.
