Description of Duties
The Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department of Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Investigator with an interest in Phase I drug development and Sarcoma Oncology to fill a tenure-track position in Soft Tissue Medicine at the assistant or associate professor level.
Candidates must exhibit the potential to work within and/or develop a clinical/translational program in Phase I and Sarcoma Oncology. Assistant Professor candidates will be expected to demonstrate interest and capability in the management and clinical care of patients with sarcoma. Associate Professor candidates must show evidence of a research program in sarcoma and have recognized expertise in the clinical care of patients with sarcoma. The position includes taking part in the teaching of medical residents and medical oncology fellows. Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified or eligible in Medical Oncology, and must be able to meet medical licensure requirement is New York State.
