Roles and responsibilities potentially include:

·      Work side-by-side with subject matter experts to document and update legacy hardware and software systems

·      Perform electrical and mechanical (signal, power & thermal) analysis at the rack level

·      Review and assess requirements, diagrams, and documents

·      Perform generation of engineering drawings

·      Develop modeling and simulation using MATLAB and STK

Areas of Technical Interest:

·      Systems principal architecture knowledge

·      Mechanical/Electrical engineering

·      System integration, test, and development

·      Knowledge of networking tcp/ip, firewalls

·      Cloud computing understanding (AWS, Azure, etc)

Qualifications

·      Pursuit of BS or MS in a STEM related degree field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

·      Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

·      **Must be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance NOTE:  Federal law requires US citizenship to obtain a clearance

Target salary range: Up to $40,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
