SAIC is looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team.  The ideal candidate will:


  • Provides product management support for a portfolio of commercial products.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and other stakeholders on product governance, product roadmaps and business plans
  • Track and report on product performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist the managers in the Go-to-market plans for products
  • Track issues, risks and mitigation plans
  • Leverage the available tools to track data and KPIs and recommend/implement improvements and efficiencies in the process
  • Provides product management support for a portfolio of commercial products
  •  Coordinate with stakeholders on governance of the product commercialization process/framework
  •  Coordinate with Product Managers and other stakeholders on product roadmaps, business plans and progress towards commercialization leveraging best practice frameworks/template
  •  Assist in the Go-to-market strategy for high-growth opportunities, especially in competitive intelligence/analysis, market trends/customer insights; and key findings from proposals and other sources
  • Provide research support for product pricing
  • Provide research support for product messaging
  • Collaborate with other team members to define best practices, standards & templates for consistency and educate the product teams on how to use these standards effectively  
  • Track and report on product portfolio performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Track issues, risks and mitigation plan for the portfolio
  • Provide consulting expertise on client engagements or proposals as needed 
  • Create research summaries; Communicate effectively with stakeholders/teams at various levels
  • Manage tasks effectively by prioritizing and communicating well

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT field with at least 3 years of experience in project management support
  • Experience in defining processes and metrics for teams and tracking them against the business plan
  • Familiarity with metrics for business health, delivery and quality
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and executives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train/educate teams on tools,  processes and standards
  • Ability to integrate data from multiple systems and analyze it for performance and trends
