SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Integrator to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role demands a detail-oriented, proactive, and curious professional who can work seamlessly with senior management. The ideal candidate will have the maturity, experience, and executive presence necessary to take ownership of tasks and projects. Discretion is paramount as the individual will be exposed to sensitive HR and personnel information.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required to start and must be maintained.
  • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience;  Masters degree and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience thriving in and supporting a fast-paced customer environment with daily hard deadlines.
  • Maintain significant record-keeping responsibilities accurately and systematically.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking by recognizing and resolving conflicting information sources effectively and persistently.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational abilities to ensure detailed, consistent output in all tasks and deliverables, including accurate and systematic record keeping.
  • Contribute positively to a highly attended forum and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with contract staff and colleagues at every experience level.
  • Show executive presence and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Provide continual support by jumping in to help wherever needed.
  • Proactively vet each agenda item and anticipate questions.
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort working in senior management and front-office environments.
  • Proven experience making autonomous decisions and taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a focus on grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build good working relations with HR and executive colleagues.
  • Capability to work well in a team environment and contribute constructively to team efforts.
  • Ability to anticipate questions and proactively address potential issues.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • HR experience is highly desired.
