Manages the design, procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance of plant production equipment, support equipment, and building systems utilizing safe, cost effective engineering and maintenance practices. Maintains compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations.
Monitors and directs supervision of plant maintenance personnel and conducts appraisals and training for exempt maintenance personnel to ensure achievement of plant goals.
Responsible for planning and scheduling equipment installation, prioritizing maintenance work, maintaining the work order system, and insuring adequate manpower and resources for the performance of required maintenance activities.
Implements Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) to improve preventive and predictive maintenance systems and improve equipment reliability.
Provide technical and leadership support in root cause failure analysis for significant production and support system issues and investigations.

Four (4) year B.S. engineering degree from a recognized university or college.
Company job experience with thorough knowledge of process.
Related jobs as supervisor or manager with several years of equivalent experience. (i.e., five (5) to six (6) years related experience.
