SHIFT: Nights (rotating weekends)

SCHEDULE: Full-time

St. Mark's Hospital is looking for a hard working individual to join their Diagnostic Imaging Team!  7on 7off Schedule!    The Imaging (Radiology) Technologist performs professional duties involved in a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. The Technician is responsible for patient care, comfort and completion of required procedures. Is also responsible for the assessment, treatment or care appropriate to the ages of the patients served: i.e. Infant, Toddler, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric. The Technician will demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient's needs; possesses knowledge of growth and development; and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for these patient groups.

Qualifications

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Current Radiology License through the State of Utah.
  • Registered through ARRT upon hire.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification

  EXPERIENCE:
  • 1 year preferred, however new graduates accepted.
