Description

The Data Delivery Lead oversees strategic data initiatives and enterprise governance programs to ensure data quality, compliance, and innovation. This role drives complex projects spanning data strategy, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud adoption while establishing governance frameworks for data management, lineage, and standards. Acting as a trusted partner to technology and business leaders, they blend technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver modern data solutions and foster a culture of governance and best practices across the organization.



What We're Looking For

  • Lead and execute complex data initiatives and governance programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Establish and lead Data Governance councils and working groups, fostering collaboration and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior technology and business leaders, including Data Strategy, AI Practice, Agile, and Operations teams, to implement strategic data and analytics initiatives.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and adoption of modern data and cloud technologies.
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions while advising executives on organizational change for governance and data strategy.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels through clear verbal and written updates.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale data governance programs, including data quality monitoring, improvement, and master data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex governance engagements involving people, processes, and technology, including organizational and operating model design.
  • Expertise in process improvements using leading governance and MDM tools such as Collibra, Talend, Informatica, Reltio, or Profisee.
  • Skilled in developing presentations, training, and educational materials to evangelize data governance, data management, and organizational standards.
  • Strong conceptual and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
  • Executive presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, ensuring compliance and risk management.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Preferred: 7+ years' experience leading complex data delivery programs and/or explicit data governance experience. Financial services experience is a plus.


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of MDM Tools, such as Collibra, Talend, Informatica, Reltio, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery software, such as Jira.
