Description
The Treasury Management QA Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Treasury Portfolio Managers and Treasury Deposit Specialists in the management of financial activities for clients. The coordinator will assist in maintaining client relationships while supporting all banking activities and will work closely with Stifel's BSA and AML teams.
What We're Looking For
- Respond to all incoming inquiries, requests and research from the Treasury Portfolio Managers and Treasury Deposit Specialists for Bank Operations, Bank Secrecy Officer and AML.
- Review all documents from Treasury Management Team for accuracy prior to being send to Bank Operations, Bank Secrecy Officer and AML.
- Handle incoming Bank calls.
- Assist Treasury Management Team with incoming client requests.
- Attend Bank Secrecy Act team meetings and communicate relevant information to the Treasury Management Team.
What You'll Bring
- Basic knowledge of banking industry and the products offered
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with prospective clients, partner banks and executive management.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal services.
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory compliance
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Required: 1 year related experience
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook #LI-JK1
