Clinical Operations Implementation Specialist

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Clinical Operations Department, the Clinical Operations Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting clinical operations processes, technologies, and initiatives within the organization.

Outcomes:
  • Successfully manage and complete clinical operations projects, meeting or exceeding all project milestones and deadlines.
  • Facilitate user adoption of new processes by providing comprehensive training, user-friendly documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Identifying opportunities for further optimization and refinement of implemented process or systems.
  • Minimize errors, inefficiencies, and operational issues within implemented processes through testing and continuous quality assurance checks

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess needs, develop implementation plans, and oversee the execution of projects
  • Quickly develop an understanding of current workflows and system interactions across the Autism & Community practice
  • Training and support to team members to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology
  • Periodic travel to build relationships and provide support to ensure implementation timelines are met
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization
  • Act as leader, liaison, and partner; promoting a highly collaborative environment amongst business and clinical leaders for the Autism & Community practice
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making within the organization
  • Attend meetings and conferences as assigned, record meeting minutes in a clear, concise, and organized manner, summarizing key discussion topics, agreements, and next steps
  • Oversee clinical operations file repository and version control procedures to promote consistency and adherence to organizational standards

Position Location (City & Country if Applicable):  

Work location: Remote 

Workdays: Monday through Friday 

Work hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM including a 30-minute unpaid meal break (Pacific Standard Time) 


Required Qualifications:   

  • Fluency in Central Reach
  • Fluency in Microsoft Teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility with hours, available to attend occasional early morning or late evening meetings
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience in a behavioral health and related services preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Education/Certifications Required:   

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
