In this role, you will interface with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and subject matter expertise on the use of Vizient solutions, analytics and outcome measures in support of performance improvement collaboratives, benchmark studies and integrated performance solutions.
Lead and work collaboratively with clinical, operational, supply, pharmacy, and strategy analytics to provide in-depth analysis that highlights the strengths of Vizient data to support performance improvement efforts.
Drive novel analytical pathways to increase the use and value of Vizient analytical solutions.
Advise internal and external stakeholders on the creation of dashboards or advanced visuals to make the insights more easily interpretable.
Ensure integration and alignment of activities with all analytics teams.
Provide expertise and insight to internal and member customers to optimize the use of the data.
Serve as a specialist on outcome measures and analytics to inform key member and Vizient stakeholders.
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of experience required.
Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience with hospital performance improvement implementation projects preferred.
Experience with SQL or SASS preferred.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Estimated Hiring Range:$86,300.00 - $128,400.00
