This role is responsible for equipping clinical teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence necessary to deliver exceptional, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care.</p> <p><strong>Learn more about WellPower:</strong></p> <p><strong><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Yno5dNktzAs?si=TPOy070dSCAia11k" width="560" height="314"></iframe></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Pay Range & Benefits: </strong>$59,000-$74,000/year</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and Facilitate Clinical Learning</li> <li>Develop and deliver engaging, learner-centered training programs—live, virtual, and asynchronous—that promote clinical excellence, compliance, fidelity, and cultural responsiveness</li> <li>Instructional Design and eLearning Development</li> <li>Create accessible, interactive eLearning modules and blended learning solutions using adult learning principles and modern instructional design strategies.</li> <li>Lead Training Initiatives</li> <li>Lead projects such as training plan development, role or skill specific training</li> <li>programs, regulatory training oversight, etc.</li> <li>Clinical Practice Consultation</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on documentation, billing, EHR utilization, and regulatory</li> <li>compliance. Serve as a resource for clinical teams navigating complex care</li> <li>scenarios and evolving funding environments.</li> <li>Promote Cultural Proficiency and Trauma-Informed Care</li> <li>Model and integrate culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices across</li> <li>all training and clinical support activities.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li> <li>Partner with departments such as Quality Systems, IS, HISM, and clinical</li> <li>leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and emerging</li> <li>needs.</li> <li>Training Evaluation and Continuous Improvement</li> <li>Assess training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis. Continuously</li> <li>refine learning solutions to ensure relevance, impact, and excellence.</li> <li>Training Needs Assessment</li> <li>Contribute to biannual training needs assessments through surveys, data</li> <li>analysis, and direct engagement with clinical teams.</li> <li>Knowledge Management</li> <li>Maintain and update training materials to reflect current best practices,</li> <li>regulatory changes, and organizational priorities.</li> <li>Program Oversight and Compliance</li> <li>Lead or support the administration of specialized training programs, such as the</li> <li>APA continuing education program, EMDR or DBT training programs, and</li> <li>Behavioral Health Administration requirements.</li> <li>Revenue-Generating Program Development</li> <li>Support the creation and implementation of income-generating training</li> <li>initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>LPC, LMFC, LCSW, or similar credentials/clinical experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience designing and delivering engaging clinical training programs.</li> <li>Strong foundation in clinical assessment, service planning, and documentation.</li> <li>Experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and eLearning development.</li> <li>Experience with electronic health record systems (Avatar or similar) and healthcare compliance standards.</li> <li>Experience with Learning Management Systems (HealthStream), eLearning authoring tools (Articulate and Camtasia), healthcare billing codes/documentation standards, EMDR consultant certification, DBT trainer certification, and bilingual Spanish or ASL a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills & Competencies: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Trauma-Informed Practice: Applies or is eager to learn trauma-informed principles to create safe, supportive learning environments.</li> <li>Person-Centered Approach: Committed to strengths-based, person-centered practices that support peer development and staff growth.</li> <li>Inclusive Facilitation: Skilled in creating welcoming and accessible training spaces for diverse learners and personalities.</li> <li>Tech Adaptability: Comfortable using and learning new technology platforms and eLearning tools.</li> <li>Interpersonal Skills: Builds rapport easily and works well across teams and roles.</li> <li>Service Orientation: Responsive and supportive in addressing training needs and inquiries.</li> <li>Training Delivery: Engaging facilitator with confidence in leading sessions of all sizes, both live and virtual.</li> <li>Instructional Design: Capable of developing clear, effective training content for varied audiences.</li> <li>Detail Orientation: Maintains accuracy and consistency across training materials and documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Typical Physical & Mental Demands: </strong>Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching.
