C4ISR:In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

Modifies, fabricates and builds equipment and subassemblies working from layout diagrams, schematics, wire printes and verbal instructions. Tasks will typically be performed within full-scale production manufacturing operations and include tasks such as non-routine and non-repetitive production electronic, mechanical, electromechanical assembly: quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures: production scheduling and control: and coordinating, planning, and expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies. Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments. May participate in programs or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Have excellent Soldering Skills
Perform workmanship to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 – Prior training and certification desired
Proficient in the use of typical solder assembly stations and tools
Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation
Observe industry best practices for FOD, ESD, and Material Handling Controls
Be a positive influence to the team environment
