CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION LEAD WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Portfolio Admin Associate monitors adherence to regulatory tracking requirements & reporting, oversees compliance with underwriting & portfolio management processes, and maintains data integrity across multiple platforms. This role acts as a liaison between operations, compliance, and credit teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with polices & procedures. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Mentor and provide day-to-day work direction to Portfolio Admin Associates (Sr, II, I), ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and as the first point of escalation when Associates encounter problems.
  • Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Monitor timely compliance with regulatory tracking requirements & reporting
  • Underwriting & Portfolio Management Process Oversight: Monitor timely adherence to credit underwriting & portfolio management processes & procedures.
  • Data Integrity Oversight: Ensure completeness and accuracy of credit & compliance files.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years in risk management, compliance, or financial services operations.
Additional Qualifications
  • Proven experience with loan portfolio support, reporting and/or monitoring.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple oversight tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Analytical skills for risk assessment and data validation.
  • Proficiency in CRM/loan management systems (Salesforce, nCino, or similar platforms), preferred.
  • Familiarity with Credit Reporting (via Experian, LexisNexis, or similar platforms), preferred.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
