We are looking for Entry Level Incident Management (ITIL/ITSM) for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.Roles and Responsibilities:
Incident management for environmental (Infra) issues reported in Non-production regions influencing any application/activities.
The process includes acknowledgement of issues/incidents, identifying the priority and scope, triage, assignment to the right group, opening bridge calls/group chat and interacting with clients to troubleshoot, periodic notifications/alerts till resolution, dashboard and SharePoint reporting, incident tracking, maintaining RCA document.
Periodic updates of planned activities to core and consolidated calendar in SharePoint and notification sent through mails.
Post resolution of an issue, collate resolution details, root cause to complete RCA document.
Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly metrics /presentations.
Updating internal process documents/flows as and when we have any changesManage/monitor SLAs.
Good proficiency on client handling skill
Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures till RCA closureReviewing and auditing the process
Multiple alert & report preparation for stakeholdersPlan/analyze environment requests.
Liaise with testing/infrastructure teams.
Handle infrastructure support or any combination of technology support levels.
Data Preparation in Non Production environment
Contribution towards process improvements
Create & generate Innovation ideas & implement
ITIL / ITSM knowledge (Required) Excel, Power Point, Knowledge on SDLC, Basic knowledge on Application architecture models.
