Vice President, Specialty & Ambulatory Business Development- East Coast
Comprehensive Pharmacy Services 
Home-Based, with Eastern US territory (Mississippi River to East Coast US) 

60%+ travel, Eastern United States based to provide CPS Business Development Support  
Schedule:  This position works a minimum of 40 hours per week; hours may be long and irregular; includes evenings and weekends, as necessary. Travel required by air and car up to 60% of the time.   As a full time exempt, Vice President of Specialty & Ambulatory Pharmacy Services Business Development, with Comprehensive Pharmacy Systems (CPS) you will manage business development activities for our Specialty & Ambulatory Pharmacy Services Division.  This position reports to the President of Specialty & Ambulatory Pharmacy Services.   Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business within hospital systems at Pharmacy and C-suite leader level
  • Develop new, strategic relationships with System Pharmacy and C-suite leaders
  • Collaborate with key operations peers on prospect assessments and needs analysis
  • Build and present value added proposals and presentations to Pharmacy and C-suite level
  • Drive new contract growth for the assigned areas of responsibility
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or PharmD; (PharmD preferred)
  • Three or more years of related high-level sales experience/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to communicate with internal and client-level IT personnel and IT vendors to accomplish interface
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to C-Suite personnel
  • Residence located between the Midwest to the East Coast US; near a major airport
  • Ability and willingness to travel by car and air approximately 60+% of the time away from home location
