The Email Marketing Specialist with lead and own the email strategy and execution across all email platforms for the four SSG brands. With an attention to maintaining the unique voice and visuals of each brand balanced with the sales objectives this role will curate, write, distribute, optimize and report on all email channels. Collaborating with brand marketing, eCommerce, and key accounts this role will balance the needs of various stakeholders through our email communication. This role will also provide reporting and performance insights along with a focus on growing the size of our lists, engagement, and conversion.
Email Strategy: Lead and collaborate on the creation of an email strategy for each brand to achieve desired brand positioning and goals while continuing to adapt the strategy as the email and business landscape continues to evolve.
Email Management: Manage email channels for all SSG brands including segmentation strategy, campaign emails, as well as all automated and trigger emails.
Internal Communication: Communicate email calendar as well as share assets and insights with internal stakeholders, distributors and key partners.
Content Creation: Brief and support the creation of content to fill channel needs.
Campaign Support: Liaise with product and brand marketing teams to amplify campaign distribution and engagement through all email channels.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights on email channel performance and well as targets and opportunities.
Sales Marketing: Work with eCom to drive traffic and sales and collaborate with key accounts to support SSG equipped bicycle launches, brand reach, and sell-though.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Proven writing skills with experience writing in different brand voices and tones.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Social media savvy, with ability to learn and leverage new programs.
Bachelor of Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar experience.
3+ years' experience working in communication, email, digital media or similar role for a global brand
Strong email and digital marketing experience, working on the development and execution of a brands email strategy.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Work related travel up to 10% of time.
Vision abilities to write, read and work in an office
