As the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, you will assume administrative and technical responsibilities for specified functions in the Cath Lab. In collaboration with the Medical Director of the Cath Lab, you are responsible for the on-going assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the Cath Lab.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• You will manage variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
• You will develop care coordination policies and procedures to promote improved quality, safety, and efficiency in care.
• You will collaborate with administrative team and physicians to enhance existing services or develop new service offerings.
• You will ensure effective labor management, including position control, scheduling excellence, productivity management, and premium pay utilization. Maintains staffing to ensure appropriate patient care.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree or other approved education plan required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas
• Minimum one year experience in healthcare required
• Minimum one year experience in leadership role required
• Minimum three years' experience in healthcare preferred
• Minimum three years' experience leadership role preferred
• BLS required

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
