Customer Service Representative
Location: Glendale, AZ
Employment: 12 months-contract, Full time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information on products/services, take orders, cancel accounts, and address complaints.
- Provide services such as licenses, registration, permits, or program eligibility information.
- Resolve customer problems and service/billing complaints (e.g., merchandise exchange, refunds, bill adjustments).
- Keep records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Complete forms, prepare address changes, issue service discontinuance orders using computers.
- Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
- Determine charges for services, collect payments/deposits, and arrange billing as needed.
- Contact customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or planned adjustments.
- Perform journey-level customer service duties initiated by the general public.
