Mechanical Assembly Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., or as needed
Overtime: Required as necessary; includes coming in early, staying late, or working Saturdays
Hourly Wage: $19.26 per hour Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable Assembly Specialists to join our production team. This role involves assembling sub-components by following diagrams, instructions, and standard work processes while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assemble sub-components by following diagrams, work instructions, and standard processes
  • Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
  • Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly and on schedule
  • Follow all safety policies and shop procedures
Requirements:
  • Solid, reliable work experience
  • Mechanical assembly experience preferred; farm equipment experience is a plus
  • Prior experience using hand and power tools required
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to learn new assembly tasks and processes
  • Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and read manuals
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English to follow instructions and document production
  • Safety shoes required
