Repack-Label Technician Company: Kelly Services
Location: Ward Hill, MA
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Work Schedule: M-F 6am to 2:30pm Summary The Repack-Label Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing various tasks related to the repackaging and labeling of products at our client's facility. This role works collaboratively with the production team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Repackage products according to specified guidelines and customer requirements.
- Accurately label products, ensuring all information is correct and legible.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Complete required documentation and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around for long periods.
- Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools.
- The work is performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures and smells.
