Location: Round Lake, IL
Are you ready to join a dynamic and essential manufacturing team? We're hiring Production Associates at our Round Lake, IL facility!
Shifts & Pay:

• Night Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am | $22.65 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm | $22.15 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must NOT have allergies to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs
• Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturing environment
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing English

What's a Typical Day as a Production Associate?

• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks for product defects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Clean machines and equipment according to department SOPs to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
• Assist in the proper packaging and labeling of products, utilizing automatic packing equipment
