Kelly Services has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a high performing Regional Sales Manager with a fast-growing, dynamic, and successful global team! This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking a candidate who shows a high level of ownership for their business and is adept at selling solutions with the proven ability to win new business.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for covering existing customers, distributors, and uncovering new opportunities. This opportunity is uniquely positioned for an ambitious leader who is craving full ownership and accountability selling high-quality products.
Generate profitable sales by selling solutions to meet the customer's needs
Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline, identifying most likely opportunities to close and manage time spent on accounts appropriately.
Prepare, present, and own the sales planning process in your territory
Build strategic relationships with decision makers
Build effective proposals and gain commitment to buy from clients
Bachelor's Degree. Relevant work history may be considered in absence of a degree
Minimum 5 years's experience selling hospitality amenity products, consumer goods, or cosmetics
Proven consultative sales skills with demonstrated success in growing a book of business
Experience with territory call planning, forecasting, and account management
Ability to travel up to 50% including internationally
Strong business acumen and intuition, able to discern between profitable and less profitable deals
Previous Strategic Selling training preferred, such as Miller Heiman, Wilson Learning, etc.
Ability to speak Spanish highly desired, but not mandatory
