Job Title: Winery Production Laborer
Location: Paso Robles, CA
Pay: $21
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic production team at [Winery Name]! As a Winery Production Laborer, you will play a key role in ensuring our bottling line runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for loading bottles, inspecting products, measuring torque, packing finished goods, and achieving line productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Load empty bottles into the bottle loader and monitor the line to ensure steady, proper bottle feed for filling.
  • Place pumps into bottles containing cleaning solution, maintaining operation of the production line and meeting productivity targets.
  • Perform and record torque measurements for each bottle per order run, noting variations for different bottle sizes.
  • Inspect products throughout the entire bottling process—from label application through to pre-shipment.
  • Pack completed orders into order-specific boxes, preparing products for shipment.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Ability to operate production equipment and perform basic measurements.
