Here is some of what to expect being a Construction Project Manager with us:
- Position will lead, support, coordinate and manage construction and remodel projects of varying degree of complexity.
- Takes projects from design through completion, providing advice and assistance to all levels of staff and management groups to facilitate resource planning and meet regulatory requirements.
- Determines support, direction and/or strategies necessary to solve significant problems related to successful project completion.
- Provides regular schedule and budget updates indicating project performance.
- Position will coordinate vendors for door operators, nurse call, pneumatic tube system, and others that are a function of construction coordination and facility usage. This is to maintain the coordination of these systems under one responsible person for both construction and maintenance.

Education: Must possess undergraduate degree, engineering (mechanical or electrical), architecture or construction management preferred
Experience: Five years actual construction management experience preferred.
Special Qualifications: Must demonstrate knowledge of International Building Code, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) criteria and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
Degree of supervision required: Minimal supervision. Individual takes initiatives and operates in compliance with established ethical and operational policy of the facility and practices prescribed by immediate supervisor
