DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY Smokey Point Behavioral Healthcare Marysville, WA Hours: Pharmacy hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday - Sunday, 8:00am - 2:00pm. Telepharmacy is utilized outside of normal business hours. As Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Director of Pharmacy you will have a full support team available to you. From a 340B Specialist, Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, Operations specialists and more. We'll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. About the Facility: Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital is a 115 bed hospital and provides specialized mental health and substance abuse treatment. They offer specialized programs proven to decrease symptoms of mental illness in an inpatient setting. Washington's newest behavioral hospital, is located in Marysville, Washington, just minutes from the beautiful emerald city of Seattle. The pharmacy is managed by CPS and all pharmacy staff are employees of CPS. Pharmacy automation includes MedHost and Pyxis. Pharmacy hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday - Sunday, 8:00am - 2:00pm. Telepharmacy is utilized outside of normal business hours. Required Qualifications:

  • BS or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Washington pharmacist licensure in good standing
  • Experience as a pharmacy director in a hospital setting including responsibility for operations, clinical programs and staff management
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other members of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services and hospital and pharmacy staff
